Q. How do I become a provider?
A. First submit the form on this page asking for a contact name, email, number, company, and credit check upload. After pressing "submit", you MUST then sign up for our online store business account by clicking the "create account" button.
Q. Will I need to share financial & credit information before being able to purchase?
A. Yes. Before creating your account in the online store, a financial services application is required. Download, fill out, and attach this completed form to the "credit check" upload box. Include your name, email, company, and phone number before pressing "submit"
Q. What happens when I am approved?
A. Based on our credit criteria you will be notified and presented terms to be agreed upon. Following approval, your account will be officially activated for business to business purchases.
Q.How do I Place Orders?
A. Log in using your credentials. Under the "Buy Now" tab, select your desired quantities and product preferences (sizes). After confirming the contents of your cart, go to checkout. Here you will have the option to pay via credit, debit, PayPal, or terms. When your order is processed you will receive an email conformation with tracking information.
